Christophe Lichtenstein - CEO
Christophe Lichtenstein started at DDB in 1994, where he became Managing Director in 1999. He was then in charge of Volkswagen, Henkel, Lactalis and Fnac. In 2001, he co-funded Leg in order to drive the Eurostar rebirth in France and in London. The agency quickly became Paris’ creative “hot shop” and stood out by winning Citroën, Ben&Jerry’s and SFR.
Christophe was then named VP at Publicis Conseil’s board, where he developed several accounts, such as EDF, Nestlé, Club Med or Wonderbra Europe. A few years later, he was appointed CEO at Saatchi&Saatchi France — a branch of Publicis and first creative network of the group, and made an EMEA board member in 2006. Christophe made his name on P&G, Haagen Dazs, General Mills, GDF Suez and Bel group.
In 2011, after spending 7 years at the Publicis Group, Christophe joined Havas Paris as VP, where he managed, among others, BNPP, Orange and the « Ministère de la Culture et de la Communication ». In 2014, he founded Romance, Omnicom’s new agency.
Alexandre Hervé - ECD
After working at euro-rscg and leg. Agency, Alexandre joined DDB Paris as Executive Creative Director in 2003 – only 18 months later DDB Paris was the 3rd best awarded agency in Cannes.In only 12 years, Alexandre won 50 Lions, 2 Yellow Pencils at the D&AD, 58 Eurobest, 27 Clio Awards, 49 Epica Awards, 1 Grand Prix at the One Show Interactive and 3 Gold, 4 Silver and 2 Bronze at the One Show. In France, he won the Grand prix stratégies 3 times and has been nominated creative director of the year three times at Le club des directeurs artistiques. Alexandre Hervé is the father of three children and lives in Paris.
He has worked for Volkswagen, McDonald’s, Nike, voyages-sncf, Accor, Greenpeace, l’Equipe, GQ, Bouygues Telecom, Henkel, beIN Sports, Audi, ING Direct, Mini, Tiji, la française des jeux, Hennessy, TF1, Président, INPES, Brandt, le musée de la grande guerre de Meaux, Winamax, Tropicana etc… Alexandre has been jury at Eurobest, D&AD and Cannes Lions in film and Titanium category.
His work during all these years has been recognized by Creativity who placed him in the 2011 Creativity 50.
Romain Roux - Head of Strategy
Romain has been a strategic planner since 2000. Over the years, he has worked for several major agencies such as TBWA, McCann and JWT. More specifically, he was in charge of steering the strategic direction of McDonald’s, Nissan, Nespresso and BMW (where he worked on optimizing the prospect conversion path).
Between 2005 and 2008 he founded and managed a production agency specialized in interactive and cross-media brand content. Romain joined DDB in 2012 where he was in charge of the strategic development of major accounts, including ING Direct (and the launch of the “Web Café” platform), McDonald’s (and the successful online ordering solution) and more recently, BeIN Sports and Bouygues Telecom.
In April 2014, Romain founded Romance with Christophe Lichtenstein and Alexandre Hervé.
