Maïté has over 15 years of experience in brand management and business development, acquired within major networks and independent agencies in Paris and London.

She began her career at TBWA\Corporate, contributing to the launch of a B2B advertising offering for international clients such as Cargill and ArcelorMittal.

At Havas Play (formerly Havas Sports & Entertainment), she supported the agency in adopting a more advertising-oriented approach to sports and entertainment partnership activations, working with international clients like Orange EMEA and Powerade.

Maïté then spent nearly 6 years at BUZZMAN, starting as an Account Director and eventually becoming the Head of Accounts. She contributed to the agency’s growth through client retention across 360 scopes and winning multiple accounts. Her clients included OUIBUS, CANALPLAY, Mumm, Oreo, Milka, and Système U.

As a Board Account Director at AMV BBDO in London, she managed British brands such as Carephone Warehouse (retail) and Hiscox (premium insurer), and contributed to winning major pitches, including ASDA, one of the “big four” retailers in the UK.

She held key positions as General Manager at VIRTUE Worldwide (the advertising agency of Vice Media Group) and Brand Director at Swile. At VIRTUE Worldwide, Maïté had the opportunity to explore alternative forms of brand storytelling through synergies with Vice’s expertise. At Swile, a French fintech unicorn, she developed the influence, activation, and e-reputation strategy for the startup in France and Brazil.

In 2023, she joined Romance as Deputy General Manager in charge of Intermarché.
