Marion FlochDeputy General Manager

Marion started her career at TBWA\Paris in 2007 and has spent 6 years working on McDonald’s campaigns, which have been awarded by several strategic and creative prices  (Effie Awards, Cannes Lions…). Her hard work and dedication to the McDonald’s account gave her the opportunity to attend the Worldwide Hamburger Marketing University hold in Chicago, a selective training and competition program gathering 100 McDonald’s worldwide partners and agencies. 

During her career, she has also helped Système U to enter the TV industry, led Novotel’s worldwide repositioning strategy and accompanied Aides in their communication strategy during 10 years. What’s more, she’s coordinated McCain Europe. 

She joins Romance in 2018 as Associated Director and member of the Executive Committee and leads the communication strategy for brands such as Française Des Jeux, Ricard, et Santé Publique France.
